An advanced platform that provides agile management of tasks, goals, and rewards within an organization. Digno makes use of an AI scoring engine to generate employee scores based on completed tasks, consistency, and engagement categorizing scores into four ranges - Poor, Average, Fair, and Pro. This score could potentially help with human resource pooling in the future.
Executives and Managers use multiple tools but struggle to gain a centralized view of resources and projects. Digno wanted to provide a platform that could complement Management By Objectives (MBO), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) models for goal management.
Different organisations & departments rarely have the same metrics to evaluate an employee's performance. It was important to build generic & flexible scoring metrics that could work in multiple industries based on their KPI's.
Our team understood requirements of different stakeholders and users to calculate score and explored competitors that have tried to solve similar use cases.
We conducted stakeholder interviews, discovered the pain points, and transformed them into business & end user problem statements. Finalising use-cases, scope of MVP, and scoring engine’s logic in the Definition phase.
We transformed textual & conversational knowledge into user flows, digital wireframes along with brand guidelines & final UI design.

We built a Centralised platform to manage employee data and evaluate Digno score, featuring primary modules including Centralised organisation score, department level scoring, and individual Employee scoring.
Organisations use different tools to manage and streamline their work and resources (e.g. Salesforce, Asana, Jira). The information from these tools is fetched & then processed within Digno’s scoring engine to compute the score.
