AI-native product design means building AI features into a product’s core experience from the start, rather than adding AI as a bolt-on afterward. It covers how users trust an AI suggestion, how errors and edge cases get handled, and how the interface earns confidence over time.
We work exclusively on AI-native product design and AI-ready UX redesign. But every redesign engagement starts with a UX audit of your existing product before any AI work begins, so even the first phase of our process isn’t AI-specific. We’re not going to bolt AI onto something that doesn’t need it yet.

Yes. Every redesign starts with a UX Audit and AI Readiness assessment: we find what’s actually broken, whether your current UX can support AI or needs structural work first, and where the highest-impact opportunities are, before any redesign work begins. It’s evolution, not a six-month rebuild.
We work with what you already have. We extend your existing design system with AI-specific components (things like streaming, citations,confidence states, and undo), and if it needs structural updates to support AI, we handle that as part of the redesign. You don’t need to rebuild your system from scratch.
Yes. The experience can be designed before the model is integrated. We can prototype interaction logic, conversational patterns, trust signals, states, and failure paths so your team can validate the experience before engineering goes too deep.

It depends on the engagement. A focused AI feature, like adding smart search, runs about 4 to 6 weeks of design. A full AI integration with UX modernization runs 12 to 16 weeks. Building an AI-native product from scratch starts with a 3-day to 1-week discovery sprint, followed by a 2 to 4 week MVP sprint. We scope the exact timeline on the discovery call.
