Elia Wellness, a holistic wellness initiative by the Sydney Adventist Church, envisioned a user-friendly Learning Management System (LMS) based on their popular book Live More. This unique platform, goes beyond traditional e-learning by integrating wellness into every module. From course creation to social connectivity, Elia Wellness empowers users to track, share, and celebrate their wellness journey in a responsive and engaging environment.

Breaking boundaries in wellness learning for the 50+ community.
Older adults often face limited access to wellness resources tailored to their needs, as many digital options are either overly complex or lack the targeted support this demographic seeks. Creating a digital wellness product for this audience needed to be intuitive, accommodating diverse comfort levels with technology, while delivering meaningful and measurable wellness content. Recognizing that standard e-learning tools weren’t enough, the system incorporates gamification, social connection, and interactive wellness tracking to empower older adults in their health journeys.

The Elia Wellness platform incorporates features essential to both learning and wellness, making the user journey seamless and rewarding. With course creation, performance tracking, and interactive challenges, Elia Wellness fosters ongoing learning. Wellness dimensions and scoring provide personalized metrics, while gamification elements like badges motivate users. An integrated social feed enables sharing, keeping the journey social and collaborative.
